How it works
Set it up once. Send it every time.
One quiet evening of typing, then you’re never re-explaining bedtime by text again.
-
Set it up once
Add your kids, the house and your emergency contacts: allergies, meds, routines, comfort items, the Wi-Fi and where the spare diapers live.
-
Share with your co-parent
Free, private iCloud sharing keeps both phones in sync, so whoever changes the bedtime, it’s right on the next sheet. Each of you needs an iPhone and iCloud.
-
Send Tonight
Tap once for a clean “Tonight” PDF, sent by AirDrop, Messages, Mail or Print. The sitter never needs the app.
Send Tonight
One tap.
One clean sheet.
Everything you keep, turned into a single PDF in US Letter or A4, with the most important stuff up front.
- Page 1 is tonight. The date, the sitter, your back-by time and where you’ll be. Then the evening timeline with every bedtime and med time, allergies with severe ones first, who to call, the address for 911 and the Wi-Fi.
- Then the details. One page per kid, then the house and your contacts.
- Not a PDF kind of sitter? Send it as an image, or copy it as text for a quick message.
- Saved exactly as sent. Past sheets stay in the app, just as the sitter got them.

Features
All the stuff you usually text in a hurry.
Written down once, kept current by both of you, and on the sheet when it matters.
-
Kid profiles & allergies
One living profile per kid: allergies with a severity and what to do, meds, the routine, comfort items, what works when they’re upset, plus their doctor and pharmacy. Severe allergies get a SEVERE badge.
-
Med times + reminders
Dose and times, or “as needed.” Your own phone reminds you at med time, and a Text sitter button opens Messages, pre-filled.8:00 PM: Lily’s amoxicillin 5 ml. Text the sitter?
-
House card + Wi-Fi QR
Address, parking, pets, house rules and where things are. The Wi-Fi gets an automatic QR code the sitter can scan to join.
-
Codes stay private
Alarm and door codes live on your house card, but they stay off the sheet unless you choose to include them.
-
Emergency contacts
911 and Poison Control (1-800-222-1222) are already filled in. Add people from Contacts without giving the app access to your address book.
-
Saved sitters
Save the people you trust, along with their usual kids and whether they get the alarm code.
-
Image or text, too
Some sitters live in their texts. Send the sheet as an image, or copy it as text and paste it into a message.
-
Past sheets
Every sheet is saved exactly as it was sent, so you can check what the sitter had last time.
-
Face ID lock
Turn on an optional Face ID lock. Either way, the app-switcher snapshot is always hidden.
Who it’s for
Made for real evenings.
Whoever’s watching the kids tonight, they get the same calm, complete sheet.
-
Grandparents
Grandma’s in charge
She raised you just fine. She still deserves the med times and the Wi-Fi password on paper, with nothing to install.
-
A new nanny
First week, new nanny
Allergies, routines, comfort items and what works when someone’s upset, written down before day one.
-
Date night
Date night, finally
Back-by time, where you’ll be and every bedtime on page one. Then go enjoy the bread basket.
-
The neighbor
The neighbor, on short notice
Something came up and the neighbor is stepping in. One tap sends the essentials, or copy them as a text.
