The short version
- The app doesn’t collect any data. There’s no account, no server, no analytics, no ads and no tracking.
- What you enter is stored on your iPhone and in your own iCloud.
- The Tonight sheet goes only where you send it.

What this policy covers
This policy covers the Ready Sit Go iPhone app and this website, readysitgo.app. “We” and “us” means the maker of Ready Sit Go.
What the app collects
Nothing. Ready Sit Go has no account and no server of ours. We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. We don’t sell or share your data, because we never have it.
Where your information is stored
- On your iPhone. Everything you enter, including kid profiles, the house card, contacts, saved sitters and past sheets, is stored in the app on your device and protected by iOS.
- In your iCloud. When you’re signed in to iCloud, Ready Sit Go syncs through your own iCloud account, in your private CloudKit database. We can’t see it.
- Shared households. When you share with a co-parent, the household is stored in the owner’s iCloud and shared only with the people you invite, using Apple’s CloudKit sharing.
Apple’s privacy policy applies to iCloud.
The Tonight sheet
The sheet is made on your iPhone and shared only where you send it: AirDrop, Messages, Mail, Print, or wherever you paste the image or text. Once it’s sent, that copy is with the person you sent it to.
Alarm and door codes stay off the sheet unless you choose to include them, and kids’ photos stay off unless you turn them on. You can also add a footer that reads “Contains private medical information. Please delete after use.”
Contacts and photos
When you add someone from Contacts, Ready Sit Go uses Apple’s contact picker. Only the name and number you tap are copied into the app. The app never gets access to your address book.
Photos are chosen with Apple’s photo picker, which gives the app only the photo you pick. It’s stored in the app at a smaller size.
Notifications and Face ID
Med-time reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone. Nothing goes through a server. Face ID is handled by iOS, and the app never sees your face data.
Purchases
Ready Sit Go Pro is sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles payment, and we never receive your payment details.
Crash reports
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may share crash reports with us. Apple shares them anonymously. You can turn this on or off anytime in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
Children
Ready Sit Go is made for parents and isn’t directed to children. It stores information about kids that parents choose to enter. That information stays on the parent’s iPhone and in their iCloud, and we never receive it.
This website and email
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics, or third-party scripts or fonts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure.
If you email us, including to ask to hear when the app launches, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
Deleting your data
In the app, Settings › Delete all data removes your household from your iPhone and your iCloud. If you own a shared household, it’s removed for your co-parent too. Deleting the app removes its data from that iPhone but not from iCloud, so use Delete all data first if you want it gone everywhere. Sheets you’ve already sent stay wherever you sent them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
